György Jaksity
founder, chairman of the Board of Directors

After graduating from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in International Economics in 1991, he then participated in founding the Budapest Stock Exchange. He held the position of chairman of the BSE from 2002 to 2004, and was a member on the EFFAS Board of Directors before that. He won the Ernst&Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award in 2007. He retired from the operational leadership of in 2010, but continues to participate in the management of the company as the chairman of the Board of Directors. He is the founder of the Smile Foundation (Mosoly Alapítvány) and of the Smile Home Foundation (Mosoly Otthon Alapítvány).

Gábor Borda
founder, member of the Board of Directors

He was the leader of stock activities from the founding of Concorde until 2009. Awarded the title of ‘Broker of the Year’ by the Budapest Stock Exchange in 1993, he is a member of the Trading Committee of the Budapest Stock Exchange. He graduated from the Budapest College of Finance and Accounting. He retired from his operational position in 2010, but continues to participate in the management of the company as a member of the Board of Directors. Apart from that, he takes an active part in the work of the International Children’s Safety Service.

Norbert Streitmann
founder, member of the Board of Directors

A former member of the Supervisory Board of the Budapest Stock Exchange, he graduated as a business operations major from the Budapest College of Finance and Accounting. He initiated the establishment of the investment advisory business line of Concorde. Although he retired from his operational position in 2010, he continues to participate in the management of the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Károly Régely
chief executive officer

He has been the company’s CEO since July 2012 and is responsible for the operational management of Concorde. A member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Investment Service Providers (Befektetési Szolgáltatók Szövetsége) and the Supervisory Board of the Budapest Stock Exchange. He joined Concorde after graduating from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, and has been working at the company in various positions since 1996. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was the company’s deputy CEO and had participated in establishing the institutional business unit before that.
